University Courses and Semesters

Pre-University Foundation Course

These courses are designed to prepare students for university studies at ACBT or in Australia. Students can enter after completion of O-Levels.
Minimum course completion is 8 months.

o Foundation Certificate in Business
o Foundation Certificate in Information Technology
o Foundation Certificate in Science/Mathematics

University Level Course

The diploma and Associate Degree courses have the same units of study as the first and second year programs of the relevant undergraduate courses offered by Edith Cowan University, Perth, Western Australia. Students may complete both of these qualifications at ACBT or transfer to universities in Australia on completion of either the Diploma or Associate Degree.
On Successful completion of the Associate Degree at ACBT, students are eligible to enter third Year University at Edith Cowan University. The third year may be studied in Australia or at the ACBT campus in Colombo.

Computing and Information Technology

o Diploma of computing and Information Technology
o Associate Degree of Computer Science
o Bachelor of  Compter Science ( Major study:Computer Science & Software Engineering )
