For students taking units in the Diploma of Computer and Information Technology and the Associate Degree of Information Technology there will be an additional payment of Rs. 1,500 per unit for access to the on-line (E-Course) resource material from Edith Cowan University.
Students undertaking a Mixed Program will be charged an additional fee for the English Component of the course.

All fees, charges and accounts will be payable in advance as determined by the Institute. |

Fees are correct as of November 2006 The Institution reserves the right to vary its fees at any time. |

Where a student studies less than a full semester load, the student will pay the current per unit fee for each unit undertaken. |

| Refund Policy |

A course is defined as one semester of study in any program of ACBT. |
| . |
Once an applicant accepts a place offered by ACBT and pays the fees it means a binding contract has been made between the two parties. |

Notification of cancellation/withdrawal from unit/s of deferral from a course must be made in writing to ACBT. |
| . |
In the event of cancellation/withdrawal from a course before the commencement date, the course fee will be refunded minus Rs 5,000, cancellation fee. |

There will be no refund of course fees after the course commencement date. |
| . |
Students terminated by ACBT will not be entitled to any refund of fees. |
| . |
The Institute reserves the right not to offer a course previously made available at its own discretion. Where a student is unable to enrol in a similar course at the Institute and the enrolment is cancelled, and then all fees paid will be refunded. |

| Other Conditions |

The students are expected to attend all classes and undertake all tests and examinations during a course and abide by all rules and regulations of the Institute that are in force at anytime. |

The Institute may by written notice vary such conditions of enrolment as may be necessary to comply with any law, regulation or amendment thereof of the Republic of Sri Lanka or the Commonwealth of Australia. |

How to Enrol |

Complete the application form. |

Attach certificate copies of all academic qualifications, including school reports and official examination certificates, passport / ID card. Please ensure your present name is added to copies of qualifications obtained under a former name. Copies can be verified by the Institute on sighting the originals or by a lawyer. Attach 2 passport size photographs. |

Submit your application and documents with the application fee to ACBT or to one of our representative offices. |

If your application is successful, you will be given a Letter of Offer explaining the course you have been offered, the fees payable and the orientation and course commencement dates. |

To accept the Letter of Offer and to confirm your enrolment, it is necessary to pay the tuition fee due. Payment can be made by cash or banker"s cheque to: |
