TEACHING METHODS AND ASSESSMENT

Instruction for all units is classroom based. Classes are taught at night or on the weekends. 3.5 of class contact per week are allocated to each unit. Assessment for all units is ongoing and continuous, consisting of tests, assignments and case study analysis. All units have a final two or three hour examination. The overall pass mark required for each unit is 50%. In some units a pass in the final examination is required in order to pass the unit.

DURATION

The MBA (I) can be completed on a full or part time basis. ACBT works on a trimester systems which means if students study two units per semester they are able to complete the program in 2 years.

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

A three year Bachelor degree in a relevant discipline OR equivalent prior learning including at least five years appropriate professional experience.

Students must also meet the English language admission requirements.

COURSE FEES

The current course fees are Rs 78,500 per unit. This includes 12% VAT. ACBT reviews fees on an annual basis and fees are subject to increase.
