friendly people it is a splendid place to pursue your studies.
Colombo, Sri Lanka’s commercial capital is a modern city
with plenty of buzz. It is filled with attractive boulevards,
parks, museums and fun entertainments. The Australian College
of Business and Technology (ACBT) is located in the premises of
the Trans Asia Hotel in Colombo 02. This is a very convenient
location, close to the central business district with easy access
to rail and road transport, shopping and recreational activities.

I have been studying very successfully in ACBT for the last
2 years. I have also been very impressed by the teachers
at ACBT, who are very experienced and friendly. And the
excellent facilities such as the library and computers with
internet access which have helped me with my projects. Thank
you ACBT for giving me this studying atmosphere which is
very relaxed and nice. I believe that the experience studying
in ACBT will open more doors for me and provide more opportunities
for my career.

Hi, I am Narendra Kumar Shukla from New Delhi, India. I
joined ACBT in July 2004. I wanted to go to Australia for
my higher studies but because of money I couldn’t
make it, and then through internet I came to know about
ACBT in Colombo which is affiliated with ECU: a perfect
pathway to Australian universities. After completing the
diploma here I can continue my education in Australia for
the next two years. I am having a very good time in ACBT,
students, teachers and counselors are very friendly here.
Education standard is also very good here and ACBT teaches
the manner that is competitive in Australia. I just love
the climate here in Colombo. At the start I was feeling
homesick but since the semester started, everything is fine.
And I think I will definitely evolve into a much more matured
person than I used to be.

Maldives
I am doing the Diploma Program in Business
at ACBT. I joined ACBT after doing my O/L's at the British
School. After doing the Foundation Program I started University
level studies. It only took just 8 months. If I were doing
my A/L it would have taken at least 2 1/2 years for me to
get entrance to University.
Right now I am 18 years old and if everything goes well for
me in another 1 1/2 years I'll be an internationally qualified
graduate. Isn't it amazing!!! I am saving so much time with
ACBT.
Though I am a Maldivian I don't miss home that much because
ACBT is like my second home. Everyone here is so friendly
and nice, especially the lecturers. I love being here.
If you are going to join ACBT, do not hesitate. You are making
the right decision.
