Orientation : An orientation program is conducted prior to commencement of each semester. The program is designed to help students familiarise themselves with the College, its facilities and the courses on offer. Assistance will be provided with the selection of units as well as the purchase of text books.

Counselling : Trained staff members are available to provide information and advice on educational opportunities both in the College and in Australia. Queries about living in Australia will also be answered.

Library : Well-resourced library open for research and study sessions.

Book shop services : Texts required for the College's courses can be purchased from the library.
